We are looking for Bright, and Energetic individuals for this role

Role & Responsibilities:
  1. Source new clients for the gratuity and superannuation products through a mix of new and follow-up calls, both cold & referred
  2. Device solutions for new clients
  3. Handle customer queries about legal, technical, regulatory and other issues / aspects
  4. Ensure that claims and scheme closures are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner
  5. Supervise, liaison and follow up with the Income Tax department on behalf of the client to receive approval for the Gratuity/ Superannuation scheme
  6. Preparation and submission of reports /statistics as required from time to time
Experience & Qualification:
  1. Post Graduate 7 - 9 yrs of relevant experience
