We are looking for Bright, and Energetic individuals for this role
Role & Responsibilities:
- Source new clients for the gratuity and superannuation products through a mix of new and follow-up calls, both cold & referred
- Device solutions for new clients
- Handle customer queries about legal, technical, regulatory and other issues / aspects
- Ensure that claims and scheme closures are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner
- Supervise, liaison and follow up with the Income Tax department on behalf of the client to receive approval for the Gratuity/ Superannuation scheme
- Preparation and submission of reports /statistics as required from time to time
Experience & Qualification:
- Post Graduate
7 - 9 yrs of relevant experience
